Pre-Season Friendlies

Boro will take part in the Algarve Challenge Cup, which will be played at the Algarve Stadium in Faro, Portugal.

The Middlesbrough squad will fly out to the Algarve for a week-long training camp in preparation for the new 2008/09 season.

As per usual Boro will be playing friendlies at York City, Carlisle United and Darlington.

Get your diaries out:

Friday July 18 York City (A) ko 7.30pm

Tuesday July 22 Algarve Tournament - Match 1

Thursday July 24 Algarve Tournament - Match 2

Tuesday July 29 Carlisle United (A) ko 7.30pm

Saturday August 2 Hibernian (A) ko 3.00pm

Tuesday August 5 Darlington (A) ko 7.30pm

No home games have been scheduled just yet. I think we are still waiting for Real Madrid and AC to get back to us.
