Mowbray hopeful of recoveries
Tony Mowbray remains hopeful that none of his injured players will need to undergo surgery over the summer.
A number of his first-team squad have been carrying injuries through the final part of the campaign, most notably Marvin Emnes, Julio Arca and Faris Haroun.
"I think there are two or three players who probably need a month doing no training and, hopefully, that rest will do the trick," Mowbray told the Evening Gazette. "Though, of course, the medical department will be monitoring all the injured players closely."
One man who has already gone under the knife is skipper Matthew Bates and he is making good progress following last month's knee operation.
