Mowbray delighted at teenage duo
Tony Mowbray was understandably elated as a couple of his talented youngsters helped turn the contest against Burnley.
Teenagers Adam Reach and Luke Williams were both on target at the Riverside to add to Nicky Bailey's opener as the home side eventually triumphed 3-2 on Tuesday evening.
Burnley had earlier taken the lead just before half-time and then grabbed a late equaliser with only four minutes remaining, in between the two youngsters scoring with classic finishes.
"They were unbelievable strikes from two very young players who hopefully have big futures for us," Mowbray told Boro's official website. "We know Adam Reach has a rocket in his left foot, he stepped aside without thinking and whacked it into the far corner.
"For Luke's goal, Leadbitter flicked it round the corner for him, he took it on a yard with his first touch and rifled it into the top corner with his right foot," he added. "Im delighted for them."
