Striker can really excite fans - Mowbray
Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray believes new striker Ishmael Miller can really light up the Riverside.
The 25-year-old recently joined Boro on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest having previously served under their leader at West Bromwich Albion.
"He's very strong and direct and fast," Mowbray told the Evening Gazette. "He's here to give us that threat over the top and physicality if and when we need it. He's technically very, very good as well.
"The negative side of Ishmael will become evident to the supporters as we go along and yet he will also have them out of their seats at times," he added. "He can do fabulous things. Thankfully he's here with us. He can be exhilarating at times."
Miller has so far started a couple of times and should be available for the next game against Ipswich Town following the international break despite a slight ankle injury against Millwall.
