Boro will still attack

Middlesbrough won't be altering their attacking approach despite twice conceding three times in recent games.

Boro have been on the end of a surprise 3-1 home defeat to Bristol City and a 3-2 loss at Birmingham City in two of their last three games.

But while accepting his side must begin to tighten up at the back, Mowbray isn't prepared to compromise their attacking abilities.

"We know we have to improve defensively from the goals we gave away at Birmingham, but you have to keep doing what you believe is right," he told the Northern Echo. "If you play as well as we have been doing in spells recently, you'll win more matches than you lose. You just have to keep going, and we'll be fine."
