Goal set for Boro star

Goal set for Boro star

Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray reckons that on loan England Under-21 star Josh McEachran just needs to add more goals to his game.

The Chelsea teenager has already racked up twenty appearances since arriving at Boro on a season-long loan but is still waiting for his first goal for the Championship promotion-chasers.

However, Mowbray has been particularly impressed with what he has witnessed so far from the stylish midfielder.

"We're hoping for more through the rest of the season," Mowbray told the Sunday Sun. "Hopefully he can push on to even greater heights and add things to certain parts of his game.

"He needs to score some goals for us and push on," he continued. "I think that will all come. He undoubtedly has the talent. We just need to encourage him and not put demands on him because he`s just a young boy."
