Boro could renew striker bid

Boro could renew striker bid

Middlesbrough could make a renewed bid for out-of-favour Sunderland striker Danny Graham.

The Teessiders missed out with a previous approach for the 27-year-old marksman as he instead completed a January move to the Black Cats from Swansea City, who had earlier accepted a player-plus-cash Boro offer.

But the former Riverside trainee has since failed to establish himself at the Stadium of Light and is without a goal in his thirteen appearances.

Manager Tony Mowbray has already expressed his desire to bring in a recognised goalscorer for the new season.
