Mowbray looking to add

Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray hopes to add to his squad within the next ten days after returning from their week-long training camp in Portugal.

Boro have so far recruited Jozsef Varga and Dean Whitehead since the end of last season and face their first domestic friendly at Morecambe on Wednesday.

Mowbray was recently linked with out-of-favour Aston Villa midfielder Stephen Ireland and is still interested in Chelsea youngster Thorgan Hazard.

Meanwhile, Sunderland striker Danny Graham and Bristol City winger Albert Adomah could be other targets.
