Jose's word prompts move

Jose's word prompts move

New on loan midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah was instructed to join Middlesbrough by Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

Boro's head coach Aitor Karanka was previously assistant to Mourinho whilst at Real Madrid.

The nineteen-year-old recently spent time at Nottingham Forest but completed only seven starts in his four months at the City Ground. Chalobah already made a late substitute appearance for the Teessiders in their weekend defeat at leaders Leicester City.

"I got back from Forest, met with Jose and he told me I was coming here," the highly-rated England Under-21 international told BBC Tees. "I was really happy with it as I'm suited to the style."
