Defender on the move
Middlesbrough defender Christian Burgess has completed a move to Peterborough United.
Burgess initially agreed a one-month emergency loan in order to be involved against Sheffield United this evening.
But it is understood he is signing a four-year deal with Posh. He featured just once for the Teessiders.
The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Hartlepool United, whose manager Colin Cooper has made no secret of his desire to re-sign him.
