Duo set to leave

Middlesbrough are expecting a couple of departures before tonight's deadline.

Goalkeeper Jason Steele appears ready to join Blackburn Rovers while defender Seb Hines could be on the way to Birmingham City.

Former England Under-21 keeper Steele is set for a season-long loan with Rovers after falling out of favour at the Riverside.

Meanwhile, Hines, 26, is likely to sign a two-year deal at St Andrew's subject to a medical.

The Teessiders have already brought in Yanic Wildschut and Jelle Vossen ahead of the 11.00pm deadline.
