Players to be released for free or top 100,000 pounds: Brad Jones (to anyone!)

Players I will sell: George Boateng (£3 million), Chris Riggott (£2 million), Gary O`Neil (£3 million)

Players to be promoted: Josh Walker, Seb Hines, Jason Steele

Players I will buy with my £16 million (8 off the chairman and 8 from players going out): Didier Digard (£6), Michael Bradley (£3 million), Paul Robinson (£4 million), Giles Barnes (£3 million)

My squad (25): Robinson, Turnbull, Steele, Young, McMahon, Taylor, Pogatetz, Grounds, Wheater, Huth, Hines, Bates, Bradley, Arca, Digard, Shawky, Barnes, Walker, Cattermole, Downing, Johnson, Aliadiere, Tuncay, Mido, Alves

We will be playing: Strongest possible team in all competitions

We will use the formation: 4-4-2

My starting XI and Subs: Robinson, Young, Huth, Wheater, Pogatetz, Johnson, Bradley, Shawky, Downing, Alves, Tuncay Subs: Turnbull, Taylor, Barnes, Digard, Aliadiere

Comments: I would sell Boateng as he is coming to the end of his career whilst I still don`t rate Riggott with O`Neil also going just because he is unsettled. Obviously we have to strengthen the midfield so i would bring in Barnes for the right, but would start with Johnson who deserves a chance, whilst I would also give Shawky a chance ahead of Digard. In goal I would bring in Robinson to replace Schwarzer. We have 4 forwards and any of them could start,if it was still Tuncay and Alves, i would put Aliadiere on the bench as he can offer more energy coming off the bench instead of Mido. Oh and………………GET RID OF BRAD JONES!

Big Thanks to Vital Chelsea for letting us use their template and to Lindy for coming up with the idea.
